Twin Peaks went off the air sometime in 1992 when the spin off series Fire Walk With Me was created.
To find this I simply typed in "What year did Twin Peaks go off the air" in Google using a Firefox browser. The first hit was Wikipedia, which gave me my answer.
And if anyone's interested, CBS.com has the episodes in full.

Imdb.com is also a good way to get quick information about television series.
I am always weird about Wikipedia, because I have gotten some bad information from it. I'd check a few other sites (Danny suggested IMDB) to verify my answer.
